Raffle rules:
1000 tickets numbered from 000 to 999 will be sold at $5 per ticket or 6 tickets for $25. If you want to take advantage of the 6th ticket free, just purchase 5 and we will add the extra ticket. (You will be sent an email receipt from GCO and another email with your number(s) for the raffle within 3 days of your purchase.) Please be sure of the quantity you order; no refunds will be given.
The winning number will be the exact three numbers as drawn in the GA Lottery Cash 3 drawing held midday on Sunday, July 4, 2021. Tickets will be available until Midnight, Saturday, July 3, 2021 unless they are sold out sooner. If all the tickets are not sold by midnight, Midnight, Saturday, July 3, 2021, and the number of the GA Cash 3 midday lottery was not sold, we will sell no more tickets for the raffle. We will use the midday Cash 3 numbers for the following day, Monday, July 5, 2021. If there is no winner after the Cash 3 Midday Lottery drawing on Monday, July 5, 2021, we will use the Cash 3 numbers the evening of Tuesday, July 6, 2021, and continue to the next Cash 3 drawing the following day until we get a winner. We will notify you as soon as a winning number is drawn.
Tickets will be sold in random order and no person will be allowed to pick the number of any ticket purchased. Holder of the winning number must be eligible to own a firearm and will be required to complete any paperwork and background checks required by law in order to take ownership of the Georgia Founders Day Ruger 57.
The winner will be required to show their valid Georgia Weapons License or undergo a background check at Autrey’s Armory in Fayetteville, GA. If the winner does not live in the Fayetteville area, he/she will be allowed to request it be shipped to a local FFL of their choice. Raffle is open to any citizen who wishes to participate, including Officers and Board Members of GeorgiaCarry.Org.
Some states have laws against their previously free citizens owning some firearms. If the pistol is won by an out of state resident, it must be legal for the winner to own the firearm in that state in order for Autrey’s Armory to ship it to an FFL in that state.
