GCO Files Federal Lawsuit Against Atlanta Mayor
GCO filed a federal lawsuit this morning against Mayor Shirley Franklin and Hartsfield Aviation General Manager Ben DeCosta over their illegal policy and DeCosta’s specific threat to arrest (falsely) Rep. Tim Bearden.
