In response to a letter from GCO attorneys, the City of Kennesaw has agreed to repeal its ban of carrying within city parks. Coweta County has filed a brief in response to GCO’s request for the Court of Appeals of Georgia to overturn a ruling of the Coweta County Superior Court.
When a GCO member was unable to get a temporary renewal GFL from Coweta County when he applied for a renewal GFL, he contacted GCO.
GCO attorneys have contacted the attorneys for the cities in Fulton County (and Fulton County itself) that have ordinances restricting the carry of firearms, urging a repeal of those restrictions.

Henry County Probate Judge Moves to Amend Judgment
The Henry County Probate Judge has filed a motion to amend the judgment of the federal court, arguing that the Court of Appeals of Georgia decision in the Moore case was controlling.
