GCO filed an amendment to its Complaint today requesting its attorney fees on the basis of Coweta County’s bad faith, stubborn litigiousness, and putting plaintiffs to unecessary trouble and expense. The Fayette Citizen published a brief article reporting that the gun ban ordinance was removed from Thursday’s agenda and the executive assistant did not know when it would resurface.
